Miss Mix Alot: The Snowflake Martini

Hey there! My name is Seren and I’m the lady behind Miss Mix Alot Cocktails. I’ve been making and shaking cocktails for over 5 years now and owning a mobile bar has always been a huge dream of mine. My main ethos at Miss Mix Alot is to not only make show stopping cocktails but to also be accessible to all with all cocktails being vegan and gluten free friendly. Another priority of mine is to be very eco minded and low/zero waste with all ingredients that I use to make drinks. I offer full bar hire serving not only cocktails but various beers, wines, fizz and non alcoholic cocktails. I also offer cocktail masterclasses which have proven to be super popular with party groups and get togethers that are looking for something a little different which is amazing as I get to travel all over the UK teaching cocktails to some fab people!

Christmas is my favourite time of year, especially with all the festive drinks that really get you in the mood for the big day. If you plan on having your friends and family over then this cocktail will definitely sweep them off their feet and whisk them away to a Winter Wonderland. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker at home, this drink can also be enjoyed in a short glass over ice! Below I have listed the ingredients and the brands which I used, but please alter to your dietary requirements or use other brands that you have already in the cupboard because it will still be fabulous! The joy of cocktails! Let’s get our shake on!

The Snowflake Martini

25ml Vodka ( I used the Absolut brand)
25ml Almond Baileys
25ml Hazelnut syrup
25ml Almond Milk
25ml Alpro Single soya Cream
To Garnish: Marshmallows and chocolate powder ( I used Freedom Mallows and vegan friendly Cadbury drinking chocolate powder)

Chill your Martini glass with ice
In a cocktail shaker, add all your ingredients in
Fill with ice and shake
Empty ice out of your Martini glass
Strain and pour the cocktail into the glass
Garnish with marshmallows ( if you have a blow torch, toasting them slightly makes them smell and look amazing)
Sprinkle chocolate powder on top to finish
